How the SF6 Gas Purification And Recovery Unit Works
The system is based on the cryogenic liquefaction method, which reduces the working pressure of the system and significantly improves the efficiency of the SF6 gas recycling process. This allows SF6 gas to be rapidly compressed into liquid form for storage and reuse.
The compression system adopts a dual-stage single-action compressor imported from abroad. This compressor can directly compress SF6 gas into liquid form and store it in the SF6 storage tank (or use auxiliary refrigeration compression for storage). The recovery pressurization system employs a single-stage vane pump (diaphragm pump), which features low residual pressure and fast recovery speed, ensuring efficient and oil-free SF6 recovery.
The purification system employs principle filters from the American company Pennyl. The filter is enhanced by incorporating built-in vacuum electric heating and an internal high-efficiency adsorbent, resulting in a more significant purification effect (no need to frequently replace the adsorbent).
