The transformer oil decolorization and deacidification machine uses a multi-stage adsorption and filtration process to restore the quality of aged transformer oil. The oil passes through several treatment columns filled with specialized adsorbent materials, which remove acidic compounds, oxidation products, sludge, and color impurities.
- Pre-Filtration – The oil first passes through a preliminary filter to remove large particles, mechanical impurities, and suspended contaminants.
- Multi-Stage Adsorption Treatment – The oil flows through multiple adsorption columns containing special purification materials. These stages effectively remove acids, oil degradation products, sludge, and color-forming substances.
- Color Restoration and Acid Removal – During the adsorption process, dark-colored compounds and acidic components are absorbed, reducing acid value and improving oil appearance and stability.
- Final Filtration – The treated oil passes through a final filtration stage to remove remaining fine particles, delivering cleaner transformer oil with improved insulation performance.
