Control System

The machine is equipped with an optimized control and protection system, including interlock protection, overpressure alarm and protection, and phase sequence protection, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation. Advanced safety features such as an automatic pressure alarm system, automatic overload protection, constant temperature control system, automatic foam elimination system, and blowout prevention protection ensure safe unattended operation.

Degassing and Dehydration System

The system adopts advanced atomization technology, a three-dimensional separation tower, and flash evaporation technology. Through a specially designed vacuum chamber, it rapidly removes moisture and dissolved gases from the oil, significantly improving oil quality and dielectric performance.

Oil Filtration System

The oil filtration system utilizes high-quality filter elements and multi-stage precision filtration technology to effectively remove fine particles and contaminants from the oil. The primary filter element can be cleaned and reused multiple times, reducing maintenance costs and preventing secondary contamination.

Heating System

The heating system is equipped with high-quality carbon fiber heating elements featuring excellent corrosion resistance, thermal stability, insulation performance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. Oil Transfer System

The oil transfer system is designed to accommodate different oil qualities and viscosities by selecting the most suitable oil pump. Special materials and optimized pump performance curves ensure smooth oil flow without generating discharge that could produce acetylene, helping maintain oil quality throughout the treatment process.
