This Vacuum Evacuation System is a high-performance vacuum pumping system designed for 4320 m³/h fast vacuum extraction in transformer maintenance, vacuum drying, vacuum oil filling and industrial vacuum processing. It is especially suitable for power equipment such as transformers, where stable vacuum performance is required before oil filling, drying or maintenance work.
it adopts a combined Roots pump and vacuum pump design, providing large pumping speed, fast start-up and strong vacuum extraction performance. The working vacuum can reach less than 133Pa, while the ultimate vacuum can reach less than 5Pa.
To ensure stable long-term operation, the system is equipped with an electrical control system, automatic vacuum relay, cooling water system, vacuum pump oil circulation filter and circulating water cooling device. These configurations help protect the vacuum pump, reduce aging, maintain normal pump temperature and improve operation safety.
For projects requiring larger extraction rates, the system can be customized with dual Roots pumps to achieve faster pumping under high-vacuum conditions.
